Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

To submit a claim:

  • Take clear photos of the damage or defect.
  • Email josue@shop2ndcoming.com within 5 days with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Once approved, we'll send return instructions.

Price Match

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 24 hours, we'll honor a one-time price adjustment.

To request:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of your original order.
  • Provide proof of the sale price (same item, size, and color).

Price-matched items become final sale and are not eligible for further adjustments or returns.

International Orders — Customs & Duties

All international orders ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility.

  • These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to the carrier or customs upon delivery.
  • If a package is refused due to unpaid fees and returned to us, any duties, taxes, return shipping, and handling costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a package is abandoned or destroyed due to non-payment, no refund will be issued.

By placing an international order, you accept responsibility for all applicable fees.
